Introduction of a case where a wrinkle-free bag was successfully finished by being careful from the previous process.

Here is a case study for Mr. T in Kyoto. Large-sized aluminum vapor-deposited films are very prone to wrinkling, and when side seal processing is performed, the conditions become even more likely to cause wrinkles. However, there was a request to somehow create bags without wrinkles. Even with similar machines, it is possible to reduce wrinkling by changing the way they are used. Additionally, the condition of the film can also affect the outcome, so by being careful from the earlier stages of the process, we were able to produce bags without wrinkles.
